By CHRISTA SEGALINI Staff Writer Courier News NORTH PLAINFIELD — A Republican Borough Council candidate and former borough police officer was suspended from the police force, without pay, for six months in 2004 after pleading guilty to five charges, including misconduct.

Courier News Opinion Enough is enough. It’s time for a change. With a mayor who is a Democrat and six out of the seven members of the North Plainfield Borough Council who are also of the same party, it’s no wonder they look and act like clones. They appear like rubber stamps to the administration.

Last Friday the NPGOP Web Blog came under attack and by Sunday morning our site was down.  However through the efforts of our volunteers, we were able to restore our Blog with only minimum loss of information from our extensive database.
