Flag at post office should be replaced

As a Vietnam veteran and citizen of this great nation, I would like to know why the North Plainfield branch of the U.S. Post Office has the audacity or lack of concern to continuously fly a rag, not a flag of our country, at the top of their, or should I say our, flag pole.
