North Plainfield to send estimated tax bills

By CHAD WEIHRAUCH Staff Writer NORTH PLAINFIELD — With the municipal budget running late this year and officials staring down an approaching cash shortfall, Borough Council members have voted to send residents estimated tax bills for the third quarter of the year.
