Council subcommittee reverses, recommends against a $101,000 cut in spending BY CATHY BUGMAN Star-Ledger Staff After initially considering cutting the defeated school budget by $101,000, North Plainfield officials are poised tonight to make no cuts in the spending plan. “I think they really did have a tight budget,” Borough Councilman Daniel Glicklich said yesterday.
